Graduate Student Scholarship Application
Objective:
The scholarship program is an incentive to all who are seeking to further educational and career opportunities.
To award/assist graduates whom are continuing their educational goals through Graduate level education with a monetary award set forth by the Foundation.
Qualifications:
1. Applicant must be a College/University graduate/or equivalent
2. Applicant must be scheduled to attend the one of the following:
A. A College and/or University Graduate School
B. Business School (Graduate Level)
C. Trade and/or technical School (Graduate Level)
3. Applicant can be currently attending a Graduate institution (as identified in #2).
4. The applicant must timely complete the application form in order to be considered for a scholarship award.
5. Applicant must be a member in good standing or dependent of a member who is in good standing.
Application Process:
• All applicants who meet the qualification criteria are encouraged to apply for an award
• All applicants must complete the application in its entirety, to be considered for an award
• All applications must be submitted to the scholarship committee by the communicated date to ensure processing and consideration
• All applications are reviewed by the scholarship committee
• Awards are announced at the annual meeting, when practical; otherwise via other means such as posting on the website and e-mail
• The award(s) will be dispersed to the winner(s) prior to the start of the school term, but at the discretion of Davis Family Foundation, Inc.
